Ordering

This page has all the details of the services provided for your ordering requirements. We hope the following information will make your shopping hassle free.

If an item is not in stock we will notify you when it becomes available.

Royal Mail for EC and Export or the best carrier for the destination will be used.

Postage Charges (UK)

Please account for the following charges when ordering:Normally £4.50 per order
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 7 days.
Postage Charges (Export)

Charges will be given via email/fax or phone Price will be quoted on weight of parcel and will be sent by the best carrier for the destination. Delivery time will be 5 to 21 days. Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 28 days.

Delivery Instructions

Orders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked.
Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form.
We must have your full postcode and telephone number.

Receiving Orders (UK)

Goods should be with you within 3 working days. If goods do not arrive within 4 working days please notify us immediately

Receiving Orders (Export)

Goods in stock will be despatched within 1 to 3 working days
Goods should be with you within 5 to 21 days. If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately
Please note we cannot guarantee international deliverys unless you opt for International Signed for delivery, as we have no means of tracking standard parcels internationally, However we do produce proof of postage certificate on standard deliverys.

Returns

If you require seeds to be returned then the have to be completely unopened and also be in the original packaing. If on receipt the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:
Complete the return form enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt
Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting
We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault)
If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or a refund with postage
Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods
If on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:
Complete a return form stating the reason for return and enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

Guarantee
With the exclusion of seeds.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.
Please send products back as they were received.
We will not replace any products after 3 months.
If product cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you credit note or a refund.

Please note that the telesales law forbids the return of certain goods.

Guarantee:
The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

Data protection:
We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection law, the telecommunications laws and the teleservices protection law.

Other Terms and Conditions

Warning Germination of Cannabis seed is illegal in most countries.
Please note: You have to be at least 18 years old to order cannabis seed from The Attitude UK Warning!
By section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the United Kingdom without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned of fined, or both. Please note therefore that germination of cannabis seeds without an appropriate license is illegal in the United Kingdom.

THe Attitude Seed bank, cannabis “marijuana” seeds we supply are only to be grown in countries where it is legal to do so, like Holland, Belgium and Switzerland. 

The Attitude Seed Bank do not encourage anyone to break the law in their country.
The Attitude cannot be held responsible for the actions of persons who purchase our Cannabis seeds. The Attitude can sell you cannabis seeds legally for the use of fishing bait additives or as luxury bird food or as souvenirs. Or you may purchase to store, incase the law changes. International Warning! We dispatch our seeds on the condition that they will not be used by others in conflict with applicable local law. Unfortunately, regulation and implementation in respect of Cannabis seeds often differ from country to country. For this reason we advise you as a matter of urgency to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. It is your responsibility to check with your local laws. As a Attitude seedbank company customer, you are prohibited from distributing The Attitude seeds to countries where possession of and/or trafficking in Cannabis seeds is illegal. This site is intended for those persons 18 years of age and older.

For your own protection we 'require' you to inquire about and comply with all local laws and international laws governing the purchase of marijuana seeds/cannabis seeds in your part of the world. In many countries, it is illegal to germinate these cannabis seeds. By ordering, 'you confirm that you checked your local and international law and it is safe to do so' and that the responsibility for that decision rests solely upon you.
