Royal Mail, delivery time 1 to 4 business day after the order has been dispatched
Carriers Used (Export)
Royal Mail for EC and Export or the best carrier for the destination will be used.
Postage Charges (UK)
Please account for the following charges when ordering: Normally £4.50 per order
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 10 working days.
Postage Charges (Export)
Standard Postage charges for items being shipped outside the UK will be £8.50. You can also add a guarantee on this delivery for a further charge. Details of this are located at the checkout and the FAQ section of the webiste.
Orders without credit card will be prepared and dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and banked.
Your goods will be delivered to the address on the order form.
We must have your full postcode and telephone number.
Receiving Orders (UK)
Goods should be with you within 3 working days. If goods do not arrive within 4 working days please notify us immediately
Receiving Orders (Export)
Goods in stock will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business working days
Goods should be with you within 1 to 21 business working days. If goods do not arrive within 21 days please notify us immediately
Please note we cannot guarantee international deliveries unless you opt for International Signed for delivery, as we have no means of tracking standard parcels internationally, However we do produce proof of postage certificate on standard deliveries.
If you require seeds to be returned then the have to be completely unopened and also be in the original packaging.
If, on receipt, the goods are faulty then please take the following steps:
Please pay the return postage and send back by recorded delivery so you have a proof of posting
We can repair a faulty product within the first 3 months (or replace it depending on the fault) If the item is in stock we will replace it immediately. If not we will give a credit note or refund.Postage will not be charged on replacement/repair of faulty goods
If, on receipt you are not happy with your goods please take the following steps:
Complete a return form stating the reason for return and enclosed with goods and send back within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
Please note:- We do not accept return for Pick and Mix Seeds.
With the exclusion of seeds.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products, please notify us within 14 days, and return the goods to us.
Please send products back as they were received in the original unopened packaging.
We will not replace any products after 3 months.
PLEASE NOTE: The cost of the guarantee is non-refundable.

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.
