Botafumeiros got created from a selection of mainly sativa genetics and high producer, adapted for both inside and outside cultivation. The long period of this variety of ten weeks flowering is well offset by its rapid growth, high production and the continued bud development that covers the branches and grows in all the weeks of flowering fattening. The appearance and structure of this plant is typical sativa prevalent, with ancestors haze and Asian, long stems and long branches, great vigour, and achieves more than 3 meters cultivated outside firm in the ground. Buds production is very high for a mainly sativa plant, during the flowering branches become long, buds fattened covering their flowers bright and aromatic resin.
